Is seeing believing?
The show goes on.
VISION debued in 2002 and was followed shortly by a CD launch at Drury Lane in London, sponsored by Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group.
Steve Balsamo, who reduced Webber to tears by his portrayal of Jesus in the West End performance of JCS, sings two of the tracks on the VISION CD.
Two major performances are in production this year, 150 years since the apparitions. One is in the UK, the other in Africa.
VISION has recently been performed in Lagos to packed audiences with incredible reviews. There is already talk of a re-run in the light of the euphoria that surrounded this amazing African interpretation of the show.
In the UK St. Ives Youth Theatre are busily casting for their performance of Vision 16th - 19th July at the Burgess Hall in St Ives.
Stonyhurst 2009. Talks are also underway for a touring cast of the St.Ives group to visit Lancashire and perform at Stonyhurst later this year. More information coming soon.

Welcome to the VISION website where the story of Bernadette of Lourdes continues to rock through this stunning new musical.

Nigeria has just seen four awe-inspiring productions, with incredible direction, bringing an African flavour to the story and the momentum continues with recent shows in St. Ives in Cambridgeshire. New public performances are confirmed for Stonyhurst College in Lancashire on Saturday 27th September 2008 and a concert performance of Vision in Liverpool on Thursday 25th Spetember 2008. NEWS- August 2008
The VISION phenomenon continues! The show has had an incredible few months, beginning with African performances in Lagos, Nigeria through to the recent St. Ives’ production which has had superb reviews.
In both Africa and here in the UK these recent productions have been taken on by non-religious theatre groups. The show is intentionally written to have a wide appeal and it is a great tribute that producers feel comfortable staging VISION as a mainstream show. And what a show it was in St. Ives! Full reviews and images will be coming to the VSION website shortly and we will soon be adding a press page containing articles that have been written about the show over the past few years.
